Dr. Atul Luthra, Senior Consultant Physician, is a graduate & post-graduate from the reputed Amritsar Medical College as well as Diplomate of the National Board of Medicine.
He has been associated with several premier institutions of Delhi including Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Fortis Group of Hospitals. He was the Head, Department of Internal Medicine and Centre for Management of Life-style Diseases at Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon. He has a keen interest in the management of diabetes, obesity, hypertension and lipid disorders. His key subject of research has been the prevention and treatment of heart disease in diabetic patients.
Besides being an astute clinician, Dr. Luthra is an excellent teacher, a dedicated researcher, a gifted orator and a prolific writer. Presently, he is Director and HOD Fortis C-DOC, Centre of Excellence for Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases, at the Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon.
